Designed messaging and help chatbot UI for Booking.com’s partner management app. Areas of focus included messaging UI, chatbot assistant, guest request automation, templating, translation tools, and composition of notification audio tones. Verified reduction of support handling time and guest/partner satisfaction with experiment testing.
